Low cholesterol?!
Question: Low cholesterol!?
The doctor just did a blood test on me and she told me that I have really really high cholesterol!. She also said I need to cut back on carbs!.
I need a healthy life diet plan!. I'm not asking for diet TIPS, I'm asking for a diet PLAN!.
But see, the catch is, I'm Vegan, so I need a healthy plan that can benefit me!.

Since your a vegan I'm actually surprised that you have high cholesterol!. Did you consume lots of vegetable oil or something!? Anyways as far as a diet plan is concerned, since I'm a vegetarian, I could say a perfect diet would be the one which has all important dietary requirements!.
Lowcarb diet: wheat bread (brown/ black bread)!. Wheat flakes instead of cornflakes in soy milk!.
Spinach and other leafy veggies for iron
Carrots and papaya for vitamin a
Basically any veggies will do coz none of them increase cholesterol!.
For protein try lentils, garbanzo beans etc!.
Avoid potatoes if u wanna low carb diet!.
Eat lotsa fresh fruits for dietary fibre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ezample Plan for a day:
Breakfast - cereal w/ milk
Lunch: salad with italian dressing [don't do ranch dressing! very high in fat and prob a lot of cholestrol]
Supper: soup
Snack: fruit, vegetables, etc!.
no junk food
