Question: Teenage boy a little chubby!. How can I lose this little flab!?
I am 16, 5' 7" and i weigh 142 pounds!. Im not fat or even noticably cubby unless i take my shirt off!. I want to be able to swim this summer without being embarrased!. I skateboard like 5 hours a day and thats all!. I eat a fairly normal diet!. I can't run because of my ankle injury!. So how can i lose this like 3 pounds of flab!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start eating a Vegan life style by eating salads more often!. Also, try eating a handfull of almonds each morning (about 6)!.
Eat at least 6 small meals a day, rather than 3 big ones!. Drink lots of water! at least 6-9 cups a day, not only does it fill you up when you're not eating, but it helps your metabolism and keeps you clean inside!. Also try jogging/walking for atleast 30-45 min a day, 5 times a week!.
