Question: I just worked out and the sides of my legs were burning!?!?
I worked out on a mat, raising my legs to the side (kinda of like sidekicks) and my outer portions of my thighs were burning!. I know burning is good!.!.!.but why!? is it because im losing fat or!.!.!.!.i'm kinda of new to working out so if anyone can give me any tips!.!.!.that would be great!.!.!.thankWww@Answer-Health@Com

means u may be pushing too hard perhaps!. my elbows are hurting cause doing too many weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
