Question: Ok I am fat!.!?
I may not seem fat but i have a stomach roll(3) I am 105 pounds , 4'10 and 13years old, I really want to lose weight to make myself feel better, does water help, but I'm not going to go anorexic or belihmic THATS stupid!. Healthy ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rather than focus on weight, focus on being healthy!. It is way more important than size!. Eat healthy and focus on the things you should be eating like fruits, vegies, calcium, protein, and things of the sort!. Focus less on what you shouldn't eat and eat unhealthy thing in small or limited portions!. Don't completely cut them out because you should enjoy what you eat!.
