I've only been dieting for 3 days and I already lost 3 pounds!.!.!.!.
No im not starving myself

It really depends on how heavy you are!. Heavy people tend to lose weight very fast when they first start dieting!. However, once you lose so much weight, you will stop losing it so fast!. I gained about 20 pounds last year, which put me in the overweight category!. I went to a diet doctor and he said it's perfectly normal to lose a pound, sometimes even 2, a day!. Your body just isn't used to the restricted calories!. Or if you're working out, that will definitely make you lose weight faster!.
If you're not overweight, then just keep an eye on it!. If you continue to lose weight this fast, and you're not starving yourself, then definitely see a doctor!.
But overall, I'd say you're fine!. However, don't get too exctied about losing a pound a day! It will eventually stop, and when it does, it really sucks!. When that day happens, all you have to do is jump up your exercise!. Eat the same, just exercise more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People often lose alot of weight in the first few days of dieting and more often than not its not actual fat thats being lost, its water!.

In the first few days, you will lose a few lbs!. It is mostly water weight!. Your weight loss will slow down after a couple of days, as your body adjusts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
