Question: Is this enough work out to be a bale to loose by May 30th!?
I will do this everyday until May 30 to loose 5 LBS!. Will I loose that much off my tummy (I want it to be flatter):
Breakfast: Small plate of fruit and OJ
Lunch- Small cup of soup w/ a bagel and water
Dinner: I ate a normal dinner, but in smaller proportions with cranberry juice
*No snacks
For a work-out I did 20 sit-ups and jogged/ walked for like 20 minutes!.
SO is this enough to do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out all the sugar in your diet and go vegetarian!. Beans, Tofu, and fish, that will help!. Cut out all bread and this will save tons of calories!. Do sit ups for that tummy!. Or don`t worry about it at all , you are great just the way you are!. Exceptance is bliss!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd say increase the amount of cardio, and sit ups too, and instead of your three meals a day I'd say try eating 4 or 5 small meals!. If you limit at these three meals, you will be hungry and therefor you will over eat at dinner!. Also make sure you have enough protein and vegetables in your diet!. Keep in mind snacking isn't a bad thing, it's what you choose to snack on, try a handful of almonds, yogurt or a piece of fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
