Question: Getting back my summer body before June 14!?
i am going back to see my best friend agian and i am going to need to get back in shape i put on a little wieght and i need to get a flatter tummy adn tighter legs and butt!. so can anyone give me some excersices with like pics or websites or like really good details!?!? thanks alot and i need to loose this before june 14thWww@Answer-Health@Com

the biggest thing you can do is cut out the soda and replace it with water!. for workouts, run a half hour a day for about 3 days a week!. here's a sample schedule you can do:
crunches: 3 sets, 25 reps each set
squats: 3 sets, 15 reps each set
lunges: 3 sets of 12 for each leg each set
these are simple exercises you can do anywhere that will take about 30 mins to complete with no equiptment!.!. hope I helped and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do lots of scruntces and throw up after every meal!.drink 8-12 glasses of water a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
