Question: What is the best way to lose weight after having a baby!?
I had my second child almost 5 months ago, i still weigh like 170 and i would like to lose about 40-50lbs but the problem is i have no time to go to a gym, what is the best way to lose weight at home with exercise and dieting!? im a very picky eater and alot of the things they say are good for u to eat healthy are things i really wont touch!? anyone got any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure!.
2!. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program!.
3!. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily!.
4!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week
5!. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds
6!. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks
7!. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8!. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic
9!. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food
10!. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11!. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

That is true about breast feeding, but you need to get your calorie intake way up to produce milk!. 30 to 45 minutes a day of sweat producing cardio!. Run, walk, bike!.!.!.just get your heart pumping and break a sweat!. My trainer has told me the rule of thumb with eating is to ask yourself this "could my grandmother have eaten this!?" ie potatoes from a box or sugar cereals, than you shouldn't eat it!. Raw fruits, veggies and lean meats!. And most of all keep at it and don't give up!. Get a picture of how you looked pre baby and post it on your fridge!.!.!.that helped me!!!

well the way i lost my weight is exercising to this lady named denise austin she is really good and you can purchase her dvd at wal-mart for like 10 dollars and she is really good then i ate like salad and every kind of meat i ate i either baked it or i grilled it special k cereal is really good to eat tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
