Question: Can I gain muscle and still cut up if im on a no-carb no-sugar diet but taking Creatine!?
Monohydrate Creatine!.!.!.0 carbs and sugars, but it also retains water, so how ripped can i get if im taking something to make me bigger at the same time!?
Im 6'2 190lbs, six pack abs and a large chest!. Im about 10 percent body fat, but the most fat im losing, the more muscle im losing too!. Ive upped my protein to 200 grams a day which i thought would fend it off!. I stay under 20 grams of carbs a day
Heres what i CAN eat: tuna, chicken, hamburger patties, cheese, olives, pickles, steak, shrimp, crab legs, lobster, mayo, and ranch dressing, eggs, bacon, sausage, viennas, potted meat, and ham!.!.!.!.!.

Your daily intake should be 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat!.
