A diet is like a vacuum cleaner it sucks! ! ! And most
don't even work!. The best is a little exercise, lower
carbs (somewhat) and add a little protean !. The best all
around exercise is walking!. Avoid ASPARTAME like the plague!. The more money you spent on diet stuff, the fatter

No diet!. Diets don't work!. It's more improtant to just balance your carbs and proteins and start exercising!. Also, if you like sodas or alcohol, try to get rid of them, most people lose 10-20 pounds jst by doing that!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
