If you want to snack, snack on fruit and veg not junk food
try to do at least 5 lots of 30 minute exercise sessions a week
Don't stop eating as it will just slow your metabolism down making it harder to shift pounds - just make what you eat helathy!. so don't start starving youself or something stupid like that! Make sure you are eating the recommended daily intake of calories for your body size and weight etc!. If you wana lose weight, just cut out snacking on junk food!.
Drink ice cold water as this raises your metabolism and try to work out in the moring as it kick starts your metabolism and drink green tea!

OK I'm studying to be a personal trainer/ nutritionist so i can help you her!. first avoid drinking your calorie when you drink the majority of your calories they turn straight to fat and you cant burn them!. also avoid a lot of breads and pasta -carbs!
next to exercise do the usual get them off the Internet i would recommend biggest loser's Jillian site if you are serious about this !. Important stretch your muscles frequently during work outs this allows them to contract easier and faster- burning more calories and toning them faster

eat more healthy!. fruit, vegetable, lean meat!. and drink water!. plenty of it!. eat 6 small meals a day!. every 2-3 hours eat a small meal!. next you will have to exercise!. cardio and strength train!. exercise at least 5-6 days a week!. and on days you don't exerscise more around!. walk instead of riding for example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
