Doing enough to receive abs?!
Question: Doing enough to receive abs!?
I;ve been going to the YMCA for the past month and a half, and i do the jogging for 10 mins each work out and it doesnt seem to be doing much of a difference to my stomach, i know if i lose the belly fat, the abs will show because i would assume that being able to lift 145 lbs on the ab machine right!? im just wondering if im doing enough to slim the tummy a bit down or if i need to increase my work out on the cardio, because using the ab machine wont decrease the fat, right!? thanks for ur time!.!. btw!.!.!. im 16 years old, 160 lbs, and i am 6'2" any other information needed i will gladly put in!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, what your doing wrong is that 10 mins is not enough, how bout ,you jog 30 minutes a day,,, ,and yes ab machine doesnt decrease fat, it just build up muscles, cardios on the other hand, burns fat, ,, i advice you to, do crunches 3 times a week,, dont do it everyday, give it a rest to develop bigger muscles,, its better if you watch your diet as well, drink lots of water and foods that has the high amount grains and wheat,,
