Question: How can i gain my BIG BUTT BACK!?!?!? :)!?
I was 160!. i lost 20 pounds quick!. basically just walking like a feen!. any chance i got!. eating veggies, wheat breads, fruits, bla bla!.!. everything healthy, but pretty much everything that killed any shape in my body!.
i use to have a nice bubble butt that everone envied!. now its almost gone!. my bf hates it!.
i do squats like crazy!. but i need sumthing more intense!. cuzz i dont see a difference!.
please, please help!!

You can gain it back, and it's not how you think, by eating all the unnecessary foods!. The butt is a muscle and you simply need to build "muscle" back there!.
You actually need to eat right and healthy!.!.!.no starches, white rice, white bread, junk food, etc!. I have a list of foods that you shouldn't eat!.
You'll need certain other muscle-building exercises in that area, not just squats!.

one exercise involves getting on all fours and lifting your leg off the floor but keep it in a ninety degree angle!. other exercises include stairclimbing, kneelifts, and squats!. I ave discovered (after losing then gaining and losing again) that you have to do these exercises as a part of your weight loss regimen in order to KEEP your butt!. I loss mine too, then I gained weight ( to get it back!.!.!.!. i know that is soooo crazy) but when I loss weight again, I did all the exercises that firm your rear, and I didnt lose it that time!.!.!.!.!.it is big and firm now!.

The only way to get it back !.!. is to gain the weight back!. It is just how it is!. It would be nice just to lose weight in the area we wanted to!.!.!. huh!? lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
