Stay away from *bad* fats, such as butter, lard, shortening, and anything that is made with these things!. Stick to foods that are closest to the way God made them, such as fresh fruits and veggies (or frozen), lean meats that you can recognize (nothing covered with breading so that you can't tell what kind of meat it is)!. When you eat grains, limit them to whole grains and SMALL servings!. Stay away from chips, crackers, or anything that comes out of a package or box! (you may eat cereal, but limit it to whole grains)!. Stay away from creamy salad dressings, or oily dressings!. Severely limit your fats to only healthy ones (1 t!. of olive oil per day, or 1/4 of an avocado, or 1 T nuts)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
