Question: I Want To Lose 20 lbs Before Middle School!!!!!?
I'm actually kinda overweight for the average weight!. I'm ten years old and weigh about 110 lbs!. I'm about 5'0" ft!. I want to look good before 6th grade, so plz plz plz help!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on portion size!. Eat something every 3-4 hours!. Get more physically active like bicycling or lots of walking!.
But remember, your young and some of it may be puppy fat that will go away as you mature!. Enjoy your age! I thought I was huge when I was 12, and I look at the photos now and realize I had a very excellent figure! Time will show!.
