Will irregular sleeping times make dieting harder?!


Question: Will irregular sleeping times make dieting harder!?
I never get up and go to bed at the same time everyday would this interfer with dieting!? I still eat 1200 cals a day and my meals and snack are spaced out well but sometimes my first meal is not until midday because Iv only woken up at that time!? And last meal/snack can be at midnight sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
