Belly Fat?!
Question: Belly Fat!?
I am not really that fat!. I am 5'5" and weigh 120 lbs!. I have some belly fat and i want to get rid of it so that i can get a six pack!. What should i do!? Do you have any suggestions for a 5 small meal per day diet that would get rid of my belly fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally dont have any diet plans
but it's best not to eat after 8 o'clock
and only eat 3 small meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
if you feel peckish, or feel like a snack, try eating some fruit
as for exercise, you could go running, that is supposed to tone all muscles, so like a 30 minute jog would do good
if you can't do that, lower it to 15 minutes, and then build up from to the 30 minutes
also, sit ups are good for toning stomach muscles
