Question: Im 13 NEED to lose weight!?
what should i eat and what should i do for exercise

Basically could u please make me a daily schedule

From Mon-Thu i am at school from 9am to 3!.30PM

And on friday i am at school from 9am - 1!.30 PM

Its best to talk to your doctor so they can tell you whats best!. Whatever you decide to do!.!.!. don't cut out meats!. Meat is high and protein and protein burns fat and supplies your muclse with the nutrients it needs!. Any form of cardio is good, however, if you want to lose weight walking isn't!. Plus you should add weight training in your workout!. Have you ever heard of the special k diet!? Well its basically eating special k cereal w/skim milk 2 times a day for 2 weeks and eating whatever you want for dinner as long as you don't pig out!. Dinner should be no more than 600 calories!. While your own this diet, you can eat fruit and their special k snacks which are quite delicious!. I have done this diet myself!. It's hard eating cereal 2 times daily for 2 weeks but I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At age 13 the main thing to do is stay very active!.
If you dont stay active then you will end up in your 20's and even more upset about your weight!.

If you are a girl, take ballet and jazz!!! fun and helps tone!
If you are a boy and it is only a few pounds and you arent even fat then shhhh! jk but you could run on the track after school for 30 min!.

why are you in school for such a short time though!? but that helps!

at school eat a Yogurt, Apple Slices (with fat free caramel if you like), Peanut butter sandwich and a water, than excersice Monday 5:30-7:00 Wednsday 5:00-7:00 Friday 3:00-4:00 Saturday 9:00 A!.M!.-10:00 AM

See a doctor first!.!.!.!.they can recommend what you should do first!.!.!.as if you do too much too fast you may hurt yourself especially since you 13!

But start with taking out sugar and all treats!.!.!.like pop, chocolate bars, chips, cake, cookies, etc!. Replace those with vegetables!.
