Weight Loss Quickly.?!


Question: Weight Loss Quickly!.!?
I'm thirteen and weigh about 140!. That's terrible!. I NEED to loss weight!. I want answers, and not 'excersice!.' Don't you think i've thought of trying that before!? Every time we talk about obesity in class I can not help but feel like they are implying to me and all eyes are on me, when they aren't!. Yes I have friends, but sometimes I think they honestly don't really like me!. I just want to be at LEAST 120 by the time I get into eight grade!. That's 5 months!. Is there any way someone can help me!? I can not eat fish to lose weight, i'm allergic!. Eggs make me sick!. Starving myself and bulimia has crossed my mind several times, but I've never done it!. It's just thoughts, never actions!. But I have a feeling if I don't start losing weight, those thoughts will turn into actions without me being able to control them!. :// so all I'm asking for is help <3!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. well im tryin 2 be atleast 125 pounds too!.!.and its very hard!.!.but if ur determined it will happen!.!.im gunna really start this summer!.!.but give up soda that has alot of calories!.!.start counting the calories you take everyday!.!.you know you can only have 2000 a day but try to get about 1500!.!.drink lots and lots of water!.!.your supposed to drink 8 glasses a day!.!.but thats hard for me!.!.umm!.!.stay away from sugar and salt!.!.try running or swimming!.!.or some daily exercise you can do!.!.i do dancing!.!.but your supposed to have atleast an hour of exercise a day and that should help!.!.umm!.!.thats all i can think of at the moment!.!.
