Its better to loose weight in a healthy way!. Skipping meals is not a good idea for your body it will slow down your metabolism!. And you will gain more!. Eat 5-6 meals a day instead of eating more in 2 meals!. And exercise regularly!.Dont combine fruits with vegetables!. Eat fruits in the morning and vegetables in lunch or dinner it will give nice glow to you face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends if you exercise or not!. If you sit around all day, you'll lose none, however, if you exercise 2-3 hours a day, you'll lose around 2-3kg per day!.
