Weight watchers for teens?!


Question: Weight watchers for teens!?
I joined weight watchers and then quit because my mom said that she didnt wanna pay for it anymore!.!.!. anyways!.!. in the
"young people's guide" that they gave at first meeting!.!.!.it said that a 15 year old ( im guessing any weight or height) gets 31!.!. is there anyone out here famililar with this!? an if so, should i eat all those 31 points or can i lower it to enhance weight loss!? thanks alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your a teenager and I'm not sure why you joined weight watchers unless you are carrying some fat!. Anyway, if you are concern about your weight and want to lose weight then you have to eat right and smart!. Try heaving a light breakfast then light snacks in between meals the vegetable salad for dinner!. If you can do that then I your lunch time is your reward!. You can eat anything on lunch as long as it's on the right portion!. By the way, try to be more active and join the gym instead of weight watchers!. You will be glad with the result!. Run or walk 30 mins a day but you need to make sure your heartrate is between 60%-70% of you max heart rate!.
