How come I can't gain weight?!


Question: How come I can't gain weight!?
Even though I eat quite a lot for a person of my size, I never seem to gain any weight!. Ive been on the skinnier side as long as I can remember!. I want to gain weight so people will stop calling me skinny!. What can I eat or do to gain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like The Man in Room V said, "try to eat through the whole day!." Eat healthy, high calorie foods!. At meal time, don't cut down, but double your portions!. Make sure you get the full feeling after each meal, and don't over do it!. Eat how ever much you can take!. In between your double portioned meals, have snacks!. If you can eat more, do it!. Have the full feeling all day!. Yes exercise does use up calories, but you still should exercise 15-30 minutes, 5 days a week!. You want to gain weight and still look good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.

You probably just have a really high metabolism!. I have several friends the same way!. They eat like crazy but don't gain a pound!. Ur best bet is probably to lift some weights!.

You definetly shouldn't pig out on unhealthy foods or sweets or anything!. Just continue to eat what ever ur currently eating (keep it healty though) and get in some kind of weight lifting program!. You'll put on some muscle!. Which weighs more than fat!.

No worries, you will gain weight one day -
most probably right after you got married!.
For now, if you already eat a lot,

same here it just ur body's natural size!.!.!.u can gain muscle, but dont try to gain weight because we have really fast metabolisms so it would be really unhealthy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DUDE ME TOO! I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL IVE BEEN SKINNY MY WHOLE LIFE I EAT MORE THAN ANYONE IN MY FAMILY BUT IM STILL SKINNY AND STUFF AND IM SO PISSED! I went to a doctor though and she recommended this, Ive been trying it and it sorta works and sorta doesnt but give it a try!. OK basically what you try to do in each of your meals is to cut it down, meanwhile try to eat through the whole day!. So basically instead of a large lunch, have a breakfast, then something two hours later then two more hours later and so on and so forth throughout the whole day instead of only three mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com
