Question: I need a good appeitite suppressant!?
i have tried hoodia, but it didn't work, it didn't even so much as take the edge off my hunger at all so i doubled up the dosage and it still did nothing!. i just need something to supress my appetite, nothing that will get my heart racing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is eat oatmeal, soups, cereal with skim milk, and fruits and veggies!. These contain water and fill you up!. Straight water doesn't curb your appetite, but adding water to your food or eating water dense foods does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
phenterimiene or adapex!. both are amphetamienes however you take the dose based upon your weight and after blood work!. if you go to a weight doctor beware, make sure they do blood work and a liver panel, and a thyroid panel first!. go to a m!.d!. and monitor your blood pressure frequently!. never take a diuretic and appetite suppressant in combo, that will for sure cause heart trouble!Www@Answer-Health@Com
