How can I work on my triceps and pectoral muscles?!


Question: How can I work on my triceps and pectoral muscles!?
I want to make them stronger to be able to bench press!. And I need help with exercises using dumb bells or other equipment that will help me strengthen these muscles up

(aside from push up and actual bench pressing (see at my local gym the bench press is always being hogged by the men)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best way is to do Bench presses with dumbells both on a flat bench and Incline benchWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can isolate the triceps and the pectoral muscles when doing push ups if you choose to!.

When doing a push up bring your hands together with the thumbs almost touching!. This will work the arm muscles!.

The further apart you put your hands, the more you will be working the pectoral muscles!.

This is an excellent site!.!.!.I have been using it for about 6 months to develop workouts!. I don't know what kind of gym you attend, but many have machines that can develop those muscle groups!. Machines are better to start with so you gain some strength before going to some of the free weight exercises!. Don't forget, use a spotter when lifting free weights!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

for the pectoral muscles you can do more dumbell exercises on the bench, do a flat bench dumbell exercise bring the weight up and down!.!. and then u can also do that on a incline bench for the uppear chest, or u can do it on a decline for the lower chest!.!. all with dumbells!.!.

for the triceps u can do something call skull crushers with a EZ bar, that means bar with a curve in the middle, u lay on a bench bring the bar to your forehead and extend with the arms!.!. u can also do tricep extension with a dumbell and u sit down , u bring the dumbell behind your head and u bring it higher and lower!.!.

u can also work the triceps on the bench press with a close grip!.!. tell the guys to stop being hogs and let u work in!.!.!. lol!.!. u can always ask people to work in with them when they are using it!.!. most people do this if its just them using it, unless they already have 2 other people alternating with them!.!.

you should do 3 different exercises per muscle!.!.!.!. 3 - 4 sets each!.!.!.!. happy working out! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
