Question: Sit ups, whats the best way!?
I had an accident a few years ago and now I want to start doing excercises!. I cannot afford to go to the gym, whats the best and gentle way of toning my stomach and building my muscles up again!.

I would reccomend doing crunches morning and night, eating healthy and RUNNING! best cardio!. Mixing toning exercises and cardiovascular exercise will improve your fittness and the physical side of things!. also invest in a gym ball!. You can do dips,crunches,situps,push ups and the list goes on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With situps, the way you do them is very important!. If you do them incorrectly (by going all the way up to your knees), you develop the crest of the illium and that can be damn painful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
