before summer!. i kno i would gain it all back but iv been on a fad before and i lost 5 piunds in a week but i havent gained them yet so i want to lose some!. please help!. meeWww@Answer-Health@Com

all right I'm studying to be a personal trainer/nutritionist so i can help you here; diet are not going to get rid of the cellulite that has built up under your skin on top of your muscle!.you need to do strength training to tone the muscles!. also stretch the muscles frequently especially during exercise!. this allows the muscles to contract easier therefor causing them to burn more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A fad diet:
A: isn't going to work for long!. Once you go off the diet, you will gain all the weight back, and possibly more!.
B: isn't going to help your thighs get much smaller!. You will lose body fat from your entire body, not just the one area!.
C: won't tone your body!. Toning really helps to give a more slender appearance as it tightens the muscles!.
D: isn't really healthy!. Most of them require you to starve your body (which will result in weight gain later), lose out on essential nutrients (as with Atkins!.!.!. your body NEEDS carbs), or is just flat-out ridiculously bad for your health!.
