I need to lose weight, please help?!


Question: I need to lose weight, please help!?
I am a teenager and I need to loose weight for a cruise in december!.I know i won't be able to enjoy myself if I am worried about how I look!. I can't take and dietary suppliment and I only have access to the gym every two weeks but I can only go for 5 days during that time for 20 minutes and I need help!. food is my comfort and it is hurting me more than helping me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had my teeth worked on and could only drink things!. I drank slim-fast for 3 weeks and lost 15 lbs!. I was not heavy to begin with but I still lost!. Sugarless candies are good to suck on when you get the urge to eat!. When I was preg!. I also craved ice!. I ate ice all the time and gained very little weight!.
Crushed ice, sugarless candy, slim fast, vitamins and exercise!. start small, but vigorous!. If you walk for 15 min!. keep it at a brisk pace!. DO eat breakfast- your body needs fat and calories to keep going!. You don't want to NOT EAT anything or your body will go into " starvation mode" and it will desperately store fat b/c it is trying to preserve it's self!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I wanted some exercise and wasn't able to get to any facility, I would walk or jog wherever I was!. For example, I used to walk around my neighborhood a lot, whenever I had the time!. I wasn't limited by anybody else's schedule!. If you are in a building with stairs, walking up and down the stairs is a good workout!. I know, I've tried it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi to loss weight try to do regular exercise as much as u can and if u dont get much time then go for strong exercise like fast running instead of jogging and avoid eating boiled and fried food and eat food rich in proteinsWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you really want to loose your weight, i suggest that you must have dinner at 6 o'clock!. and have a breakfast just eat oat-bread, do not eat potatoes or rice!. and then you must have lunch!. if you want to eat dinner at 8 o'clock that must be salad or any vegetables!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
