Is it ok to exersice after eating?!
Question:
Is it ok to exersice after eating?
or should you wait like an hour ?
btw im talking about just doing like sit ups,crunches, reverse crunches, planks after eating, ok or not?

you can still workout, but usually i tend to wait 30 min to an hour for any sort of workout unless it's jsut walking. i would think it'd be much harder to do crunches as efficiently as you normally would on a full stomach.
