Answers:
Stay away from dairy!.!.!. It tends to make you bloated!. Keep your meals small and two or three hours apart!.
Breakfast= Toast and a piece of Fruit
Snack= Granola Bar
Lunch= Salad/ Carrots or other veggies Crackers

No SODA!

BYTW If you get bloated don't worry about it!. All woman understand and hopefully guys will too!. We get bloated every month and when we eat!. Life is too short to worry about what you looked like one day in your life wearing a dress!. You will still be the same beautiful person you are bloated or not!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plain toast for breakfast!
Then for lunch have some fruit!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some yoplait yogurt would be good for breakfast and some of the schools salads for lunch would be good!. Both are yummy, filling, and healthy:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat plain toast! thats gross!.
when i have to wear something like that i eat really light! just small snacks throughout the day wont bloat your stomache!
just make sure you dont sit down and pig out on a 4 course meal!

id say some fruit, like an orange or apple, a cereal bar, raisins, carrots and ranch, but heyy if you dont like the healthy stuff get you a bag of chips! lol and dont down 10 bottles of water bc that will make your stomache bloat!
hope i helped ya out somehow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
