Question: Do you think this will work out!?
Well, I'm not fat, but I could lose a few pounds!. I'm 125 pounds and like, 5 foot 2!. I'm just a little chubby, and I just!.!.!. dont like being like this!. I eat at trader joe's, whole foods, etc!. cuz my mom's a health freak most of the time!. Food isn't a problem, but I do feel I need to be more active!. So, either before school or right afterschool I do pilates, if you know what it is (sorta like yoga, involves stretching) and I've also been riding (well, the thing says) a mile on our exercise bike and doing it for 10 minutes!. I wanted to know if I kept this up on a regular basis, do you think I'd be able to lose weight!?!?!? Please, try not to hurt my feelings!. lol!.!.!. no, seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
You can't lose weight unless your calories in are less than calories out!. I love me a good 16oz aged ribeye from Whole foods, guess what!? That's 900 calories, almost half of some people's RDA as far as calories go!.

So you need to limit your calories to less than what you take in!. 3500 cal = 1 lb!. Cut your calories in by 500 a day and you can lose 1 lb a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
