How much green tea do I have to drink to be skinny?!

Question: How much green tea do I have to drink to be skinny!?
Answers:
Reasearch has found that an average woman would need to have 4 glasses of green tea a day to help to be healthier & lose weight!. But, if you add sugar or milk to it, it negates all the good properties!. I know that drinking it plain can be kinda gross tasting, so, what I do is brew my 4 cups each night and stick it in a container in either the fridge or freezer overnight!. This makes it into "iced" green tea (like the regular green tea, but, cold)!. I have found that it's easier to drink when cold!. Also, if you want, you can add some lemon juice to it (either freshly squeezed or concentrated!.!.!.!.just make sure that if it's concentrated that they didn't add any sugar)!. The lemon will add a bit better taste without taking away from the good properties (anti-oxidents & fat fighting stuff)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Green Tea does not make you skinny - it's just an added hot/cold drink to help you along with the "other" things you need to do!. Other things such as eating fiber consisting of : fruits, vegetables, and bran cereals!. Drinking water and not alot of drinks that's loaded with sugar!. Excercising is a key in maintaining your weight once you reach your goal!.
