It depends on what you do after 7pm!. Are you likely to be energetic!. If you are then you can probably eat at any time of day/evening!. Not a lot of people are energetic after a day at work!. You may work shifts!. You have to find the way that works best for you!. But generally people slow down in the evenings and are less stressed but still have things to do!. Though not as frantically as during a workday!. During sleepmode the body is repairing and utilising what youve been putting into it!. The body usually see's this as between midnight and 6am!. Generally speaking, yes because your metabolism slows down as your body readies itself for sleep, thus not burning as many calories and causing you to retain the food and thus gain more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really really really really depends on your metabolism, i mean if u have weight issues most likely yes u will because your body isnt active during sleeping time!.

it depends on what time you are going to bed and what you are eating!. Allow me to better explain!.!.!.!.!.you want to allow your body at least three hours to digest your food before going to bed!. So, if you are going to be before 10 pm, then no eating after 7 pm!. Also, there are some things you can have before bed that will actually be good for you!. I have a protein shake every night right before bed!. My reason for this, is I dont want my body to into starvation mode while I am sleeping!. Another reason is, it keeps my body active, thus keeping my metabolism up and running while I sleep which helps me lose weight while I sleep!. Good Stuff HUH!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!.!.!.time of day doesn't really matter, but your body can't break it down as well if it is later (as in closer to when you go to bed)!. Technically, you shouldn't eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep!. This allows your body to break down the food, even if you are not exercising, because your body is simply still up and at 'em!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
