10 pounds thinner?!


Question: 10 pounds thinner!?
okay!. well im around 125-133 pounds!.
im not fat, but im not skinny!.
grade 8, 14 years of age!.
summers coming and i want to look good in a bikini!
i keep trying and trying to go on a diet!.!. but it never works!.
i've cut down on alot of junk, but im guessing not enough!.
in my opinion i dont eat alot of junk, but i do have a slow-ish matabalism!.!.
i can look decent in a bikini, and i've been called hot before!.
so im not totally totally worried or anything!. its just when your not totally comftorble with your body, and you see all these skinny girls, you know you can loose the weight but you just dont know how!
so what im asking is if anyone has a great diet solution or work-out plan to help me loose that extra 10-15 pounds!.
