Can i lose 10 kgs in 2 weeks??!


Question: Can i lose 10 kgs in 2 weeks!?!?
I have 2 weeks to lose 10 kgs!.
If i do a workout dvd which is a 60 minute circut of cardio and weight training, a 20 pilates session and a 30 minute walk everyday and eat well will i lose 10 kg in 2weeks!?

I no you shouldnt lose weight real fast but i wana so halp me please!!!

i think nothing is impossible so you can loose so much weight in such a short period of time!. You can drink only water and herbal tea and do cardio all the time you don't drink something!. do this for 2 weeks and you 'll lose a lot of weight!.!.!. But befor ask yourself: "Do i really wanna lose so much weight so quick that i'm ready to starve myself and after my fasting gain 15 kgs in a week or even more!?" if you answer yes then do it!. But i wanna tell you that i've once fasted about for 5 days and lose 5 lb but then i gain even more weight!.!.!. I know sometimes there is a important date for you by what you wanna lose weight, but why didn't you start losing it earlier a more healthy way!? May be this date is not important for you and it's not worth ruining your healh!? Start with cutting off all junk food and drinks unless it is water or herbal tea, start doing workout and then pick a diet thet you an use for all your life not just 2 weeks!.!.!.and remember: If you could drop weight quickly it comes back twice quickly!.

No, not the fat but water u can!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.
