Do I need to cut down on the junk food? Am I soon becoming overweight? (14 yr ol!


Question: I'm trying to lost around 10 pounds within a few weeks, because recently I've gained about 13 pounds, going from 128 to 141. I'm 14 (01-12-94), 5' 9.5". I'm trying to do an hour a day on my exercise machine but I'm starting to feel it's "too late" or something. Also, should I exercise in the morning after a small breakfast, or after my dinner which is usually where most of my calories come from?

Five feet nine and a half inches tall? 141 is a PERFECTLY healthy weight for you--you are just maturing, and your body is changing. It is very normal to gain a little weight and look more womanly around 13 or 14. you should not be trying to lose weight. you would be underweight at 128. just eat right, exercise, and you'll look great--don't focus on weight loss. guys don't like skinny girls anyway. think of j-lo, beyonce--those are real women with curves. you shouldn't strive to look anorexic.

yes, eat less junk & smaller dinner portions, eating a big meal just b4 bed is a bad habit, excercise whenever but not immediatly after a meal

Ur weight is ok but u must be careful and

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.
