How can I gain weight in a healthy way???!


Question: I work out. eat healthy, and exercise daily. But I can't seem to gain any weight. Can anyone give me tips on how to gain weight without becoming fat and unhealthy?

Increase your calories but continue to work out. Lighten up on cardio but continue to lift. When you increase your calories increase them with nutritious foods - nuts, protein shakes, whole milk products, low sugar protein bars are all good ways to boost your calories.

Just as I count calories to loose weight, you may consider more calories to gain. My niece drinks insure( it's like a shake), she exercise also.
