It is not a healthy thing to do. Been there, done that. Find a plan that will work for you and lose weight gradually. Don't starve yourself. Don't use fad diets but it from the four basic food groups. Leave most junk food. Maybe, allow one day a week to have something that you like and then the rest of the week eat healthy. Like on the weekends, have something you like but during the week eat healthy. I am still working on this myself. It is a process. It does not happen over night. Good Luck!
