How do you sleep faster?
I've tried to force myself to sleep but it never works.I tried watching tv and drinking warm milk but nothing works.

Cut out or down on caffein, don't have any after 2 pm. Have a routine preparing for sleep, maybe brush teeth, take warm bath or shower, go to bed and get up at the sametime everyday. Don't drink alcohol. When you get in bed have lights off. Try visualizing a favorite place or time that's relaxing. Relax muscles starting from the head down to the toes. Try zen breathing where you breath in for 4 count and out 4 counts thinking of nothing the the breathing.
