6:30 am - kashi protein bar- 140 calories
9:30 am - breakfast burrito - 400 calories
(eggs, potato, cheese)
I pay attention to nutrition labels and whenever I go out to eat (like I did with breakfast) I ask for a nutrition guide. I also get things baked and steamed instead of fried.
But I also went on an 8 mile walk this morning... otherwise I would have kept the calories lower.
i eat approx. 1250 cals per day
you calculate it by adding them up by the end of the day
you find out the cal intake from each product by reading the nutrition facts
beware of the measurments (eg. 125 cals per 100 grams)
