What do you do when you feel like quitting your diet?!

I remind myself:
1) Why I started dieting in the first place
2) How much progress Ive made
3) How happy Ill be when I reach my goal
Keep telling yourself you CAN do it if you just keep at it.

Look in the mirror and feel good, remember what it was like previously...try flavored toothpicks to cut the urges to eat! Hope that this has helped!

I exercised along with a very leniant diet, and felt great. TBH I suggest exercising over dieting, more self fulfilling and once you get into it, easier.

try not to diet, just eat healthy foods, and excercise regularly so you dont feel the need to quit. Just have smaller protions of the foods you like. Maybe you can look at in shape people or some (only the healthy ones) celbs to stay motivated. Good Luck

i find it hard all the time when i look at it as a diet because i feel like i,m missing out on the foods i like so i ditched the diet and now i eat what i want and most of the time i still pick the healty option cause its my choice and if i eat some thing thats not heathly then thats my choice and i still feel good and go to the gym and swimming 5 times aweek
