Could I lose weight this way?!


Question: At first when you go on a diet you lose a lot of weight then as time progresses you plateau. I heard this was because your metabolism readjusts to your new calorie intake. So if you were ingesting 2000 calories before your diet and 1500 calories during your diet you would lose weight in the beginning until your metabolism got used to burning 1500 calories. What would happen if you consume 2000 calories for 3 days then consume 1000 calories the next 2 days? Since your body was used to burning the 2000 calories would you lose a pound everyday you only had 1000 calories? If you would do this 5 day cycle do you think it would be possible to lose weight effectively?

its hard to calculate about calories. i never calculate calories and i eat everything everyday because i was read in blog and this is very simple ways to lose the weight.

i have the menu example for 1 day. this know this menu after i read this blog.

here is the menu for 1 day :

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad

the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

i would cycle anything i would just stick with around 1200 to 1500 quality calories. You wont loose weight really effectivly, a pound a day is impossible to loose, if you are loosing a pound a day then you are just loosing water weight. Eat complex carbs
