Specific exercises for chest/abs?!

Question: I don't have time to go to a gym so exercises that I can do at home only. I look pretty fit except my chest and abs. They are pretty flabby and my chest has minor man boobs. I normally don't workout but I do walk 1.5 miles everyday. So what can I do to tone up the chest/ab area? Btw I do have an ab lounge at home and two 15 pound dunbells. Is there an exercise plan that will work with these 2 things?

Push ups are the best for the chest, hands down. for the abs, theres a yoga sit up that is killer you lie on your back. lift your feet up about 10 inches HOLD, then do a sit up til your top half is about 10 inches off the floor (HOLD) your now making a V shape. your butt is on the floor . extend your hands towards your feet and look @ your feet. HOLD (dont sit up tooo far or it takes the challenge out). you hold this for 60 seconds. If you cant, work your way up to it. it works wonders for the abs.

Pushups!!!!!

Be sure to tighten your stomach as you perform them and you'll be working your chest and abs at the same time.

I highly recommend the Perfect Pushup (the only infomercial product I've used that actually works)

If your chest and stomach are flabby then you need to get rid of the fat before you can really tone up. But by the way ab lounges and other ab machines really arent all that great. There are much better exercises that you can do that dont require any equipment at all. I used to be pretty flabby too until i found this program...best money i ever spent... hands down

If you want to exercise at home you can do situps, hanging leg raises, plank and pushups.
