Muscles bulge as you tend to do more of its contractions and expansions with "weight". To make it lean, stop giving weight to your muscles. To make it lean and toned, walking and running are the best exercises. You will then be using the muscles without giving it load. Simultaneously, massage with oil longitudinally, the muscles that you want to be toned.
"Suryanamaskaram" a practice in yoga can be done to tone up your muscles. This is an exercise for the whole body.
Yoga is good at making you have lean toned muscles instead of bulky ones.
pilates or yoga
if you weight train do higher reps (about 12-15) with lower weight. do that about 3 reps of that twice a day where you muscles are big and you'll tone up in a coule of weeks.
doing alot of running and cardio will help tone like 30-60 minutes per day....and for eating juz eat some fruits/carbs/veggies-basically juz vary the menu everyday to get all vitamins n take multi-vitamin pill
lift weights,jog4miles,run around block for2wks,do excersizes and eat healthy foods diet bars or cerael special k bars , k water ,k cereal okay ur choicce u pick wht is best
