Question: Are you familiar with this method? Does it work? From what I've read it looks awesome, but some other opinions would be cool!

I've never used it, but I have heard it is an excellent program. You will put on some good size and strength. I think that Chad Waterbury has written some good articles on it for either bodybuilding.com (your referenced site) or T-nation.com. I can't access either website from where I am at right now. Good luck.
