Thats because you are not eating enough protein with your meals. You must eat protein with every meal along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Good snacks include a complex carb and a protein. Whole wheat crackers with cheese or natural peanut butter, truscuits with hommus, 1oz of almonds,whole wheat pita bread with hommus, these are just some of the snacks that I have.........
Carrots with dressing or celery with peanut butter. Keeps me full. Also, I love Triscuit thins. Very filling.
First get the junk out of sight. Popcorn, kellogs bars, yogurt, strawberry shortcake, fig newtons are not bad for you.

opt for fresh fruits and eat a wide variety of them...you can binge on them since they dont affect body weight negatively,especially green & fibrious ones..try lowfat fruit yoghurt for snacking...start disposing all the junk food you have now!
