Question: I really want to loose weight for summer.
I am having a boys and girls pool party and want to look good in a bathing suit.
What can I do to loose weight?
Info: I am 13 and i weigh 125
Please give me some hints and tricks to loose weight before June without hurting myself (not eating, crazy diets!)or going into an eating disorder (anorexia(unlikely) or bulimia)

It would have been better had you thought about your pool party back in January.....so many people sit around all winter, or maybe even longer and munch their way to a fat size then want it to come off in a few weeks!!!! Miracles! When will they happen???
Follow the advice below and you will be healthy and trim. How long it takes depends on how well you do it and how much you exercise.
First of all, you never "go on a diet". To "go on a diet" means that one day, you will "go off the diet". When you go off, you will begin to put back on all the weight you took off and generally more.
The word "diet" is not something to go on. It is a "way of eating". You change your "diet", you change the way you eat. Before, you ate and gained weight. Now you want to eat and not gain weight. By doing that you will automatically lose weight and it will be something you can live with the rest of your life if you choose.
You should NEVER GO HUNGRY!!!!!!!! That is a sure fire road to failure! Nobody likes to go hungry. You are NOT A RABBIT!!! So don't eat like one, OK?
