Am I doing too much cardio?!
Question: I do 30 minutes of jogging on the treadmill with 5 minutes jumprope in the morning
And at night I do 20 minutes of jogging/sprinting with 10 minutes jumprope.......

i think its a great workout,but not 4 a daily basis..give your precious knees some rest..i suggest you do your routine 5 days a week but on the remaining days do yoga & pilates..you still get to burn some calories without adding strain to your joints...

Doesn't seem like it's too much. I commend you on doing that much. 30 minutes and I'm spent... :)

Nope.. sounds good. I do about 2.5 hours of cardio a day.. soo lol.. :) good job :)
