Eating Healthy and Light but still gaining weight?!

Question: Hey yall, im 5'8 and 155lbs and recently I've been eating a lot healthier to keep the weight off(I lost about 30 pounds). However, I have been starting to gain that weight back, even though I play hockey twice a week and bike for about 20 minutes a day. Can yall help me out?
My normal diet is
Wake up at 7 and eat a banana and diet red bull
10am I have a bottle of water and an apple
12:30 I have another bottle of water and apple
4pm a few(3 or 4) flour tortilla chips with salsa
7 dinner. Tonight I had salmon with pesto noodles and a tangerine with unsweet iced tea.

Can anyone help me out or make recommendations?

It might surprise you, but you're not eating enough to lose weight! If you don't eat enough, your metabolism will be shot, and you will start storing everything as fat instead of using it to burn away fat. If this is the way you lost the first 30 pounds, then it is most likely why you are gaining back the weight. The weight gain could also be because of gained muscle mass from all the working out.

According to your weight, gender (female?), and age (i put you at about 23??), you should be takingin 1950 calories a day just to maintain your weight. Increase your diet so you are taking in 1550 calories. You should lose a pound a week this way that will stay off! You could also increase calorie intake to lik 1700 and add in more exercise during the week, like a 20 minute jog or dancing, etc. :)

Oh, a good food thought, increase your vegetable intake because that has a lot of fiber and can help boost metabolism. Also, fat free yogurt is suppose to help burn fat :)

Are you crazy? How can you live off that? You are not eating enough! Your body is in starvation mode!
