Anorexic signs?!

ok. let me tell you from being there right now myself and trying to recover. you are headed down a dangerous path. even if you want to loose weight eating only one apple a day may on hurt you. you body goes in a starvation mode and starts preserving every ounce of fat. the key to me loosing weight was and still is eating. you need to eat a minimum of 1440 calories day in order to loose weight healthy and got end up in the hospital, like me. i know that food may make you sick to look at but unless you want to have an eating disorder, end up in the hospital, doctors and therapists galore, a tube in your nose to force you to gain weight and stuff...EAT!!!!!!!!!! I am not trying to be hard just telling you the brutal truth. Dont think that you can stop when you get to your target wait...you cant...i didnt...no one ever does. so yea. eat...drink lots of water......a good way to be okay with eating is to workout everyday. i do about 1,000 crunches or variations of it a day. so yea. if you wanna talk to someone check out my myspace. www.myspace.com/upncomingactress or on aim- allstarcheerut.

yes. you are on the verge of becoming anorexic. you show all the signs. u said u eat an apple a day, when u stop doing that and start working out more, THEn u will be fully anorexic

those are the signs....seek help, a doctor......tell your parents. Get the help quick before you make yourself seriously ill

Anorexia is a serious mental disorder. This could be a sign of anorexia, or it could just be a bad habit you've developed lately. Either way, it's unhealthy.

You need to eat A LOT more. At least 3 meals a day with 1-2 healthy snacks in between. If you're trying to lose weight, you can still do it eating 3 meals. Just make sure you keep the portion sizes down and eat healthy foods.

Try to find out why you're so disgusted by food, and solve that problem. But in the mean time, you really need to start eating more. And while exercise is good, don't do it until you start eating more. You're only burning muscle right now.

Is it anorexia? Maybe. Ask yourself this question -

What would my family and friends say if I asked them this same question?

If you're afraid of their answer, then there's something wrong. But you need to tell someone about your problem right away - it has serious consequences, including death.

If you keep this up..after u lose the weight and get disgustingly thin..if u start eating normal again ..even if it is just healthy stuff like special k or fish you will get FATTT. so i advise you to eat healthy and not become gross like nicole richie..but if u like protruding bones from ur chest and flat no boobs..keep it up, youll be dead..i mean thin, in no time.
