oatmeal in the AM
salad/tuna in mid day
grilled chicken at night
snacks: protein bars, apples, nuts, yogurt
don't eat 3hrs b4 bed and start a cardio plan - (30-40 mins/day for 4-5 days of the week)
get motivated enough and it'll be possible...i promise

by getting off you butt and exercising
Be Amazed at how simple it is to lose that excess weight you have .....
Limit your calorie intake or go on a water/juice fast
By watching what you eat and exercising on a daily bases
Eat friuts & veggies.
Walk an half or whole hour a day.
Just be active.
First, better if you effort to lose your fat than just lose your weight. Because, if you lose your fat it may cause you weight loss, but if you just effort to lose you weight, probably there is still a lot of fat in your body.
Exercise, Nutrition and Proper Mental Attitude are the only things you need to lose fat Permanently.
Now??? Unfortunately, there's no shortcuts or instants way to lose your fat, moreover permanently.
